An undersea trip on the Atlantis submarine is an adventure for both children and adults. The Atlantis crew takes visitors out to the submarine by means of a motor launch, then everyone climbs down into the belly of the craft. For about an hour, the submarine drives at the amazing speed of about 3 miles per hour to a variety of artificial reefs made with cement blocks, hoops, junked airplane parts. Many reef fish can be seen along with sharks and sea turtles. Definitely worth the time and cost.
